Perfect

The only issue is the pool area. Needs new chairs. Cleaning more often and better and I wouldn’t cook food for my dog on the grill. The condo was perfect but whoever does the grounds could take a lesson from the people that clean the condo. Perfect spot

Over-all the property is great, meeting all expectations for location and getting to other locations.Some things we were not happy with: No chairs on the upstairs floor! There was nothing to sit on to help you getting dressed WITHOUT bringing dining room chairs upstairsSome electrical face plates were loose upstairs Not easy access to outlets upstairs for charging your devices other than by using the windowsills.Temperature was chilly during the stay, so you had to "roast" upstairs in order to keep a comfortable experience downstairs. Nice place

Property was clean. My concerns for the 4 days we stayed is we did not have dish towels, dish cloth which was needed for cleaning and cooking in kitchen. Also I he 6 people who stayed we had to wash the towels because we didn’t have enough for only 2 days. Please make sure you bring everything because they do not supply toilet paper , paper towels. Other than that it was a nice place. Also when traveling with a group there is only parking for 2 cats and no exceptions! We were there for wedding and had family from 3 states and they could not accommodate our cars.

Location Was perfect! Condo was very clean upon arrival and we had no problems at all. ! Close to walk to the beand. Even though it was November. The kids got in the pool LO.L period period we will definitely stay again

Getaway

Initially we were pleased with the property. Charming and walking distance to the beach. Upon entering the property we started to notice issues. The cable for the TV downstairs was not plugged in which seemed odd. In our attempt to plug it in we discovered the connection in the back of the television was damaged and it was impossible to plug it in. The Tv was replaced the following day. Day 2 of our 4 day stay revealed mold throughout the unit. It is very visible. It is all around the vents in the downstairs bathroom, the vent in the eating area, the stairs, the ceiling in the bathroom upstairs and around the vents in the upstairs bedroom. I called to alert the management company as well as sent pictures. Their response was would we like someone to come and take care of it? To which we said no we do not want it disturbed. The following day I dropped a pill on the floor which rolled under the coffee table. Much to my surprise when I reached to get the pill, there was a used Nike sock under the table which did not belong to us. On the day before we left, the WiFi stopped working. I reported it and was told I needed to contact the provider. Which I did and was put on hold. After 10 minutes I hung up and called the management company again. I was told just as with my own home things like this happen. I said I understand that however it was not my home and I was on vacation. We were without Wifi for the duration of our stay.

This was a great experience and we would not change a thing. 10 minutes to “The Hangout” and Pink Pony. 1/2 block to the beach. The rental was even nicer than the pictures showed. The secondary room was huge for our two kids. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful house

We had a great vacation. The house is absolutely beautiful. Almost like new. The location was perfect. We walked right across the street to the beach. If i had to recommend something that would have improved our visit, it would be to have more blankets. The TV in the living room was also a bit laggy and delayed at times. Other than that everything was perfect!

We will be coming back!

Loved it. The pictures do not do justice to how nice the property is. And, truly right across the street from the water. Plus, if you walk East on the beach just a little, you'll be in the park area and there are very few people there with chairs/tents. Lastly, we left some things at the house (medical equipment) and they, so sweetly, shipped it all back to us. Couldn't have been happier with the experience.

Quaint, roomy, & welcoming

The cottage was beautifully decorated. Such a beachy feel. We really enjoyed our time there. There was not a mattress cover on the king bed but the other two beds hadattress. Not sure what happened

Beautiful Place

Excellent!!! Steps from "Sugar White Beaches" with red light cross walk. Nice swimming pool for the youngsters. Great food restaurants close and a Walmart and Rouses within 2 miles for your needs. Several souvenir shops within a mile. Will love to stay right here again.

The most cleanest up to date property we have ever stayed at. The kids loved it and it was just a short walk across the street to the beach ⛱️ ☀️❤️

Family Vacation

The property has very easy access to the beach. It is conveniently located near restaurants, which is good. We stayed at Romeo Breeze in the past and had a pleasant stay. The previous house was not available for this stay. Some things that it had that this house did not have was a cart full of things for the beach and a grill. Although this house did not have those things, it did have an area under the carport for washing off sand. Cleanliness: The towels were dingy and one towel had some brown substance on it that looked as if it would have been washed off, had it been clean. There was a blood drop on the guest bedroom floor and in the bathroom. I used my Clorox wipes to clean those up. The counters were a bit gritty, but again, I used the wipes to clean those. The shower curtains had noticeable grim on them. Overall, the house was fairly clean, but I could tell there was a rush to clean or just not much attention. Communication: Itrip was very good with communication, as far as booking and stay at the house. We received tons of texts and emails checking in. The lights in the carport were not working when we arrived. However, they did get maintenance out to address this after I alerted them. Alexa was an added touch for communication as. Comfortability: The noise level from outside was at a minimum. The beds shook just by having people walk in the room. Neither pillows nor bed were comfortable, but after a day at the beach and adventure, you’re kind of just wanting to close your eyes. Perks: We received an email stating we would get one free entry to certain places. However, my husband called to book golf and was told it was a discount and not an actual free trip. Although we came prepared to pay for whatever we did, it would have been nice for the “perk” to not be misleading.

Chasing the sun

We had a quick window to allow us a reprieve from sports obligations. We are so happy we chose to come sit by the beach and enjoy making a few more family memories with our older teens and one younger child. It was a perfect quick getaway, rest-taker & memory maker.

Very clean !!!

Our condo was the cleanest condo we have ever booked !!! Everything in it was excellent. The only thing I would suggest would to have some just basic cleaners on hand. Such as a toilet cleaner and something to clean the sinks. We stayed 7 nights and I guess I am ocd but it would have helped to just be able to tidy up when staying that long. Also a broom would have been helpful because of the sand we tracked in just from bringing my pets out to potty. But no worries I went and purchased a broom since I could use another one at home . Lol Overall it was excellent !! Thank you for having us 💓💓💓

Really good!!!

I love my stay! It was a bit confusing getting to it which cause a bit of problems with the code but the owners were really easy to get in touch with so it was too bad of a process. After we got in, we fell in love. Everything was super clean, beautiful home! We had so much fun! Everything was perfect, we were close to any stores, and the beach! We didn’t go anywhere bc of covid but the house was perfectly comfortable
