Perfect Beach House

We brought our 3 kids under 6 along with our friends who also have 3 kids under 6. This house is perfect. No inside stairs, plenty of places to sleep and plenty of space and bathrooms. An easy walk to beach and pool. We love Fort Morgan!

Home away from home

House was exactly what we were looking for. It has a great location not to far of a walk to beach and pools for the kids. The house was clean and the beds were comfortable.

Very convenient location. Bring everything with you including coffeepods, scrub pads and salt pepper

Good location but bring so your supplies with you. Dee Dee was very sweet to bring some coffee pods the first morning.

Just what we needed for two families with kids

We had two families coming together with 7 kids and this house worked just perfectly for us. The bunk room was an awesome space for them to all be together. The back patio was perfect for all of us to spread out and many crafts, games and activities were accomplished out there. Just what we needed.

Sunshine on my shoulders

Dee Dee was very friendly and helpful. House was nice and clean. The four bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect for our entire family to be together pool and beach within walking distance. I give it an over all rate of ten.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay at Sunshine On My Shoulders! The location is great, with just a short walk to the pool and to the beach. We loved the layout of this house, and the spacious common areas were great for everyone to spend time together. The oven is new, and we had everything we needed to cook meals at the house. One thing we didn’t realize beforehand is that the thermostat has to stay at 72 degrees to keep the unit from freezing up. Many in our family are hot sleepers, so we will bring fans if we stay here again. Overall we had a great stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything about our stay here was wonderful. We’ve stayed in several houses here in Morgantown and this was by far our favorite. It was so clean and decorated perfect. We loved that each bedroom has its own bathroom! The open floor plan is perfect for a large family like ours. The only thing that would have made it better would have been if the rental included a golf cart. My parents are older and the walk was a little tough on them. We will be back!

Family Trip

The property was nice. We had a couple of issues, the floor was dirty, our feet turned black when walking barefoot; the bed in one of the bedrooms was broken and we had to remove the mattresses to fix it; there was a ton of sand that we washed off ourselves in the carports and the brother in law appeared a lot and seemed to be watching us, especially on check out day while we were loading up. He sat on a golf cart across the street and watched us load our vehicles. That made us feel uncomfortable. The location was nice, loved the roominess of the house, easy access to pools and beach. The porch outside was wonderful.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The overall stay at Sunshine on your shoulders was good and I would stay again. The only thing I didn’t like was we could not adjust the air at all. It had a lock code on it and was locked from guest adjusting the air. Also the washer was out but the property manager got a new one in the house in just day and it was a really quick process to swap out. We had a great time overall and the house was very beautiful.

Perfect For a Big Family

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay here. You really can't beat the layout for multiple families. A short walk down the street to the beach that is maybe two or three blocks. We actually loaded the back of the truck up and dropped everyone off then the driver would walk back. The pool is only one block away. Enough parking under cover for at least 4 vehicles. A private bathroom for each room. We would definitely go back again.
