Great location

Size of property was exactly what we needed! Only major concern was the door being ajar at check in. The door lock and key pad wasn’t the best either. We didn’t have our parking passes for the first night so I was a little worried about my car getting towed, but thankfully the night staff said my handwritten note was okay until we got the passes. Overall great stay! So close to the beach but not in the middle of everything.

Nice for a short weekend visit.

Overall, pretty nice. No good place to store food. TV can be confusing I'm sure for people that aren't experienced in dealing with electronics. View is very nice.

Condo review

We enjoyed being in Gulf Shores very much and the location was great …but the condo was very dirty when we checked in. Whoever owns or manages the condo needs to check in on the cleaning people. I would not recommend this rental.

Amazing, and perfect location!

This condo was perfect for our trip! Me, my hubby, and 2 teenage boys. We had plenty of room, and it was VERY clean! The location was perfect, and I loved that we could hear the waves from the patio. None of us wanted to leave! We would absolutely stay here again!

Very good

Everything about the place was very good. We had a little trouble with her Internet and they were tired to try and fix it, but it just kept messing up. Other than that there were no problems. The place was exactly as described on the website it was well-maintained and clean.

First Gulf Shores Vacation

This was our first experience at Gulf Shores. We have 6 kids (14, 14, 12, 11, 9, 7) and the space was perfect. The older 4 enjoyed the semi privacy of the loft and being a smaller property, allowing them to go to the pool while we cleaned up after meals was not as concerning. The younger 2 loved the bunk beds and the pocket door made it dark enough they could sleep past sunrise- a huge accomplishment. While the condo was exactly as described and shown in pictures, it actually exceeded my expectations. The space was so well utilized that it felt much bigger. We cooked all breakfasts and lunches plus several dinners in the condo. The kitchen is clean and well stocked. The walk to the beach was easy, barely more than those actually on the beach. The view from the balcony is unobstructed, which is really nice since it’s across the street from the beach. The street is busy enough that car traffic is loud when you sit on the balcony but not too busy to be a concern crossing and you can’t hear it with the door shut. We were very close to shopping, restaurants, and things to do. We went to the Pier, parasailing, The Hangout, Docs, Live Bait, Sunliner Diner, USS Alabama/USS Drum and would do most again. There we’re a lot of improvements happening to the property while we were there but nothing loud or disruptive to our stay. If I have to include suggestions: - get additional forks/spoons (there are 8 of each) - add darkening curtains to the master bedroom (gets bright by 6:00) - clean the air return over the top bunk more frequently (it’s not terrible but being that it’s 3 feet over a sleeping child, it a little gross) We would definitely stay again.

Best place to stay ever!

We loved it! It was across the street from the state park beach so we didn’t have to drive to get to the beach. It was a perfect place to stay. It had room for me and my husband and our five kids. Beautiful view of the beach and a nice swimming pool.

Enjoyed our stay

This home needs a good deep cleaning and new mattresses. You known it’s bad when your 5 yr old wakes up the first morning and says “mom can I sleep somewhere that doesn’t feel like rocks tonight?” 😔

Great place!

This was an excellent place to stay in Gulf Shores. The view was excellent! The state park on the other side of the road ensures that there isn’t a building in your line of vision. The condo was clean and exactly as shown on the site. I wish I would have watched the video on how the locks work before I got there, but once we figured it out we were golden.

Fourth of July

This condo is well within walking distance of places. I'm extremely out of shape and had no trouble walking to the beach across the street or the shops half a mile down the road. Also there were board games and plenty of stuff to watch on the cable tv. There is NO quiet area at this condo. you hear every footstep in the hall outside the doors, as well as your neighbors. The beds were extremely uncomfortable. the bunk beds and larger beds ALL felt like completely deflated air mattresses, although they were normal mattresses. And the sheets felt like sandpaper. All in all, it was a good place to stay if the bedding was all replaced. I'd stay again for a cheaper price.

Excellent Location!

The location is fantastic! Couldn't have asked for better. Right across from beach access. Beautiful beach! The apartment itself could have been kept up a little bit better. It could use a good deep cleaning. The bed in the master bedroom was old and not very comfortable. The hide a bed was not comfortable either, a child might be able to sleep there OK, but it was too thin and flimsy for an adult. The lock on the back sliding door is broken so it cannot be locked. We did not contact the landlord about it because we found a shovel in the closet that fit exactly in the track of the sliding door and kept it shut, plus it is in the balcony of a 4th floor and not super accessible, so we decided not to bother with it. The kitchen was well set up and we had everything we needed. Overall it was a good stay.

Great location and nice condo, but the beds were AWFUL

We enjoyed being at the beach, but we personally wouldn’t want to stay in this same condo. The bed was horribly uncomfortable. The worst sleeping experience we ever had traveling. The mattress was hard and you could feel the springs. It needed a mattress cover at the least. The sheets were terrible, the top sheet didn’t even cover the top of the bed. It looked like something from a hospital or cheap hotel. It didn’t even fit the bed. And the pillows were flat and old and just worn out. It just seemed like no care or thought was given. The sleeping situation was just very, very uncomfortable.. I am sorry to have to be this negative, but it is simply the truth.
