Leave your car parked and walk to several area restaurants. This one bedroom, one bath condo sleeps 4 people. It has a king bed and a sofa bed. There is a king size bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. No dishwasher
The building is a walk-up and has a washer and dryer on-site. Nice Gulf view from your balcony. Area entertainment, restaurants and shopping are within close proximity. This building does not have a swimming pool. Must be 25 years of age to rent. No Smoking, No pets.
