The Beachview is amazing!! The Location is wonderful. The house needs to be renovated very much. The whole house shakes really bad just from people walking through the house.

Property is an older home needs lots of updates. Laminate floors coming loose. No hot water in the upstairs shower barely lukewarm at best. The sink in that bathroom however has very hot water when needed don’t really understand that. The shower curtain in that bathroom is old with a very mildewed shower liner. The coffee pot needs to be cleaned and descaled thoroughly. It is what it is a place to lay your head and rest. The door with the key code has a large gap between the frame and the lock. How safe is that really? Lots of floor boards on steps need to be replaced to prevent injury. I guess I could go on and on but what would be the point. Paid a lot of money for the stay. We stayed on the. Beach a lot and that was very enjoyable. Thought about letting management know but what would be the point.

The property was clean, spacious, inviting and comfortable. The most enjoyable thing is it literally on the beach. The children were able to go back and to the house for breaks and snacks as desired. The adults appreciated this as well. It made everyday enjoyable on the sand.

We got to the house and there is a strict check in at 4 pm only so we waited around, noticed that there was no picnic table which we had brought food to eat while we waited, the description said picnic table. Got inside and none of the doors have deadbolts and sliding door has a thing to stick in where it wont open. The floors are super lumpy, and theres a sunken place at the shower area i about fell in multiple times trying to bathe my 3 little ones. The bedrooms shake really bad when walking upstairs or driving off the concrete from under. The steps to the front door are in need of serolious repair due to rotting. The view and beach access was the best part of this place and being able to bring our dog. Otherwise this house is in serious need of remodeling.

We love this beach house! Perfect location with direct access to a quiet beach, far away from any condo. We’ve booked this house for 2 families with small kids and it’s the perfect size with 3 bedrooms. Be sure to bring salt, pepper, spices and hot pads for cooking as we could no find any.

We had a blast

The location is unmatched. We had an absolute blast. The house is older but still great, especially for the price. My family had a fantastic time. The only thing I would recommend be updated, is the flooring in the bathroom downstairs. The floor is giving out right up against the shower and my daughter hurt her toe from it sliding under the actual shower. It’s not obvious unless you step in a specific spot and it’s not something I believe they are aware of. Other than that, it was a beautiful stay and we would love to go back

Spring break for college kids & parents

Overall we enjoyed the house & location. It was within 100 steps or so to the beach with a great view. It met our family of 5 with a dog’s needs.

Perfect Location

We loved our stay at this house. It was so easy to go from house to beach with private access. The house is older and well loved but it was very clean. The kitchen was lacking some utensils (measuring cups, decent knives and some pots and pans) and extra blankets would be nice. We would definitely stay here again!

Pictures are deceiving

This house has the potential to be fabulous. The location couldn’t be much better but the furniture is so old, dirty and uncomfortable it’s hard to enjoy it when you’re inside. The pictures that are posted on the rental sites much be from years ago. It’s the same furniture but with a lot more wear and tear. The cookware wasn’t any better. We were pretty disappointed. I sent the property manger pictures and they said they would adress it after out stay. Hopefully they will.

Sweet vacay

We had a great stay. Our concerns were safety for our toddler... the front door didnt lock on the inside (we shoved a chair under the door knob), and the sliding glass door was hard to latch and get locked. The other houses are butted up close, so that could be a concern depending on when you come.. we came in the middle of the week and didnt get neighbors until the weekend, which was nice. We came durring hurricane francine and were worried with other reviews of the property, but it was an overall good stay for us (family of 6)

Great Location, Completely Unkept

The location is perfect, and easily the best part of the property. The property is old and could use some updating, but that could be completely ignored if it weren't absolutely disgusting. Both bathrooms were covered in mold, like true green and black chunky mold. The whole property was covered in dirt, dust and grime. The sofa itself was sunken, worn and in desperate need of a washing. I should have trusted the previous reviews because they were completely spot on. I loved the location and ease of access to the beach, but that's where anything positive about this property ended.

Daydream Hideaway

Beautiful view, however it is a shame that all of the chairs were broken on the deck!! Based on previous reviews, this has been brought to your attention before. Someone is going to get hurt!! Washer/Dryer were good! Furniture is worn out. The sofa was so nasty, that we covered it with a sheet!! The dining room table was white, but covered in permanent marker! We had to buy a table cloth to cover if!! Sliding glass door does not lock and TV never worked in living area. Can’t beat the view and beach, a little attention to detail would have made it great!!

Disappointed stay

The view is amazing BUT the house is a disappointment. One TV didn’t work, the outside patio furniture was broken so you had no way of lounging on the back deck. All the water sport equipment listed on the website wasn’t there and what was there couldn’t be used because of damage. The pull out couch bed could not be slept on because the frame was broken to the bed. All cooking pans were old and hard to cook with. I contacted the property manager by text and sent pictures. They were quick to respond to the text but never came out to fix anything. I will not rent this property again and will not rent another property managed by Vacasa. When you pay $633 a night with all the fees you expect things to be nice and in working order.

Great Beach Front In a Quiet Location

This is a great little house with a nice deck view and easy access to a beautiful and quiet and beach with no crowds to contend with. The house and furniture inside is a little dated but functional. Overall a great experience.

The house layout was fantastic. The room upstairs is great. The views were absolutely priceless. The only thing I would say is the furniture seemed a little dungey or dirty. And the ceiling fan in the living room had tons and tons. Caked on dust, but you can't really. Expect too fancy when you're allowed to bring your dog.
