A Unit

We had a wonderful stay! The room was very clean, and it has the most comfortable mattress we have ever had in a rental unit!! The arcade machine was a very nice touch! My only suggestion would be to add an interior lock on the front door. No matter how we turned the handle lock, it was always unlocked from the inside, which made keeping small children inside a task.

First Time in Gulfshores

Property was basically described accurately. Keypad was black on black until you hit the first number we had to use the flashlight on our phones. Elevator was broke when we got there so hiked 8 flights of stairs but was fixed in about 30 minutes of arrival. If you plan to do anything in the oven bring a baking pan also no blender if you want to make frozen drinks. Grills are charcoal so you need to buy that and also tin foil to line the grill. Pool was nice and the view and the beach were fantastic. Balcony was nice, the area it is in has walkable restaurants and stores.We would stay in this complex again.

Annual Anniversary get away

We love staying in this building and the condo we stay in. There were a few very minor maintenance items that we let the property manager know about but they did not cause any issue with our stay. We will be back next year!

Overall great stay

We stayed here 5/25/24-5/29/24. It was just me and my young kids. Amazing view, great pool, short walk to the beach. The kids and I enjoyed the arcade game. We did have trouble with the washer not working but communication was great and it was replaced with a brand new one. Also need pot holders in the kitchen lol but I just used hand towel when baking pizza. Overall great stay and would recommend.

Beautifully decorated and comfortable

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The view was great, the accommodations were comfortable and the arcade games came in handy when the second half of our trip the weather turned bad. We will be back!

Top choice!

There are so many rental options to choose from - this should stand out. The location is top notch - top floor of the not-too-tall building, close but not right on top of shopping and restaurants, easy parking. The unit was spotless with a spacious kitchen/living area open to unparalleled beach view, masterbedroom with large bath, sofa bed in living room and bunk beds tucked in the hallway. My daughter and I had an amazing time and are already looking forward to coming back!

Cleanliness

I do know I can be a little picky about the cleanliness of a place but there are some things you should know. I had to clean the drain of one of the bathroom sinks of hair so it would drain. Same for the tub. Not a real big deal but definitely should be checked with each cleaning. The fan and light fixture above the bed is full of dust. There is dust under the bed which I only noticed because I dropped something that went under the bed. My husband had to fix the seat on the toilet if the half bath. The kitchen sink had rust marks but I cleaned that with comet. The stove top is a glass top and is not being cleaned with glass top cleaner so there was cooked on mess. I cleaned that up as well. The floors were so dirty it is like they have never been mopped. I did call about that and a really nice gentleman came over and mopped them. I feel like the cleaning people just kind of surface clean and don’t really do a deep clean after each rental period. I have rentals of my own and we do double check anytime we hire someone to clean. The overall condo is really nice and has great upgrades. We would definitely stay there again. We love the location.

45th anniversary

Perfect size for hubby and I. Havent travelled by ourselves without kids for so many years. Location was great. Loved the quasi off season of late Octber where it was a little quieter. Weather was perfect and I got to watch all the dolphins I needed to. Enjoyed the Shrimp Festival for a day..a concert in Orange Beach and even met new friends that are local to us nearby at home. Thanks for the stay...most certainly quieter than we have been used to but just what we needed at our age. Cant wait to bring my grandkiddo.

Beach get away

Great place to stay. Nice ocean view and just steps away from the beach. The pool was awesome after a day at the beach. Close to lots of restaurants, grocery and liquor stores. Would definitely stay here again!!
