Villa Evimerou is a detached house in a quiet neighborhood of the city but also close to the center, just 10 minutes walk you are in the central market, the sights and the beaches of Kos. Ideal for families or a group of friends.It is a is a two-storey residence of 280 m2 and can accommodate up to 8 people. It has spacious spaces, large terraces and a courtyard, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, a comfortable living room. It consists of 4 comfortable bedrooms, two of which have double beds and the others two with single beds. There are 3 bathrooms, one on the ground floor and 2 on the first floor. Relax in our lush green lawned yard making for a unique peaceful escape.
