Famtastic house and location

This house and dock were perfect for oyr group of 9 adults! Enough space for everyone, kitchen was well equipped, great cove location to relax on the dock but close to plenty by car for restaurants/bars and groceries. Shane was super responsive with any questions we had

the house is BEAUTIFUL the downstairs portion was a perfect for our group if you have some people in your group that need or want some more of their own space. the dock was probably the best part with the outside bar area and large space to hang out. everything we needed for our stay was provided. loved this rental so much and the host was very helpful when we needed him. i would recommend this house to an psi that was looking for a quiet cove to spend some time at the lake.

Great house with everything you could possibly need! The house was fully stocked as was the dock. It was nice to have all the things for everyone to enjoy in the lake. The house was spotless and beautifully done. We would definitely come back!

Easygoing Family time

Our stay was very enjoyable and intentionally laid back. From the 5 year old to the 80 year old, everyone was very comfortable with the amenities--even needing to use air drying for dish washer. Even the weather cooperated and the water was great. Mermaid cove was terrific and offered a great view of the fireworks on the lake. WHAT A TREAT!

Lake House Review

My family’s vacation at Shane’s lake house was great!! The check in and out process was easy and clearly communicated. The house was very accommodating to my family who ranged from 87 years old to 15 months. It was updated, clean, and had plenty of space for everyone (inside and out). The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed for our meals. The dock was perfect for fishing, swimming, or just visiting. I would highly recommend!

A great little getaway!

We really enjoyed ourselves at the property! The owners were easy to work with and they have a lovely home that was clean, and kept very well. The location is in a quiet cove and we were able to swim, paddle bard, and fish off the spacious dock. Every room had everything we needed. Like others mentioned, it was nice having trash bags, laundry detergent, paper towels, toilet paper, ziploc bags, etc. We had a ton of fun with our group of friends!

Quick weekend on the lake

This property was just as it was represented online. The house, decks and dock were squeaky clean and very well equipped. We rented a pontoon from just across the covek, enjoyed swimming in the lake and cooking in the kitchen and on the grill. Would definitely come back!

Great family spot!

I cannot recommend this place enough! Not only was Shane easy to reach and work with, but also the neighbors were friendly and happy to help if we had any questions. The house was beautiful , clean, and offered all the amenities needed for our group. The dock was very spacious and the boat slips worked great to keep our boat safe and out of the water when not in use. Overall we are so pleased with our family vacation to this wonderful home and will definitely be back! Thanks for making this trip one for the memory books!

Great stay

The house looked new. Well stocked. Plenty of room to hang with the clan, or a little solitude. Dock was incredible. Pots pans utensils, everything was there. Beds we’re comfortable, and water pressure was good. Great place.

GREAT HOUSE AND GREAT AREA ON THE LAKE

I just want to thank Shane for the communication when I had questions. We rent houses often all over the world and small details mean a lot. They even include qtips, laundry soap and dryer sheets for example, most places we have to buy these things. The kids enjoyed the Kayaks and paddle board. I brought my boat, I used the lift each night to bring the boat out of the water to clean it. Overall, I can’t think of anything it would need, they have it all and very clean.

Family Holiday Stay

This property was exactly as listed. One of the most well stocked properties we have ever stayed at- everthing from kitchen supplies, beach towels, paper products, towels and linens, and gas grills. The home was decorated with very modern decor. The dock and the bar area was very nice. Would definitely stay here again.
