The staff was friendly, and the building and rooms were new and clean. The bed and bedding were especially comfortable. We had our dog and it worked well for him too. We slept through breakfast, so can't comment on that, but the coffee was better than a lot of places.

We couldn’t get on the Wi-Fi. The pillows were lumpy. But the real disappointment was the lack of food at breakfast. We got there at 8:30 and breakfast was supposed to be over at nine, but there were no eggs left, no oatmeal, and the yogurt machine was broken.

The hotel and staff were great, and the ability to bring pets was super convenient! (Also loved ability to text for any requests). My only 2 negatives were the pillows were lumpy and felt “old” and that the soundproofing is not great. Can easily hear people above you walking and any noise in hallway.
