The staff was great. There are a lot of extras. Free fresh popcorn, free dinner buffet, free breakfast buffet, 24 hour fresh coffee, three adult beverages daily are included, soda fountain is free from 3-9 PM, but the most important thing was a good shower and a great bed and they have that for sure.

Fantastic location for family stay

My stay with my kids was great. The front desk was so welcoming and provided all the details about amenities at the start of our stay. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The pool area was a hit with the kids - it has an indoor/outdoor pool. The only downside to that is you can't see one side from the other which made it really hard to keep an eye on the kids as they saw back and forth. But the area was very clean and plenty of towels were stocked. There is also a bathroom and water fountain. The breakfast was fantastic - definitely the best I've had at a hotel - we watched them making the scrambled eggs and pancakes, so no frozen food here! And the evening Happy Hour was just enough food for us at the end of the day so we saved some money on dinner. The location was great, right off the highway, and within 15 minutes of all the attractions downtown (zoo, museum, restaurants). Overall just a fantastic stay.

It was terrific. Staff is friendly & accomodating. Room is spacious plus has the accommodations needed for my 3 day stay. Free Wifi, fridge & microwave in the room. Free breakfast daily. Bar & late night food. 2nd year in a row staying at this property and it didnt disappoint.

What a lovely place to stay. Nice clean room. Breakfast was good. At night you get 3 cocktails and dinner. What an awesome deal. There is a nice bar that is open until midnight. Pool and hottub were nice. Free popcorn in the lobby.. staff was very nice. Manager came to chat with us during dinner. Highly recommend

We stayed here overnight on our way to Mackinaw Island. It is a nice enough hotel, but quite expensive for what you get. Pros: The room was clean. The bar and restaurant on the 1st level was great. This location exceeded our expectations! Staff was very friendly and check in was quick! Room was super clean and comfortable. The pool area is nice as well. We really enjoyed the hot tub! The free breakfast is a super plus! Friendly man cooking and serving everyone there asking if they need or want anything. Just an overall good experience. The nightly cost is fair as well! Love this hotel and would stay again anytime we are here in town!

The best mattress on my king bed in a very long time and an excellent standup shower that was great. All staff speak to the guests. Excellent place, lots of families at breakfast. Missed the food goodies in afternoon because of other commitments. Thank you.
