Hotel itself was as expected. Very nice and we would stay again. Conveniently located to the I-40 which gets you to the Grand Canyon and Williams. Restaurants and shopping close by. The staff was very helpful but kudos to the breakfast staff. The food itself was nothing to rave about but the people tending the breakfast were very very good.

The property was clean and accessible, but the room was very utilitarian - no drawer storage for valuables or clothing - only a closet. No extra seating except for a hard desk chair. Bed was very firm. Breakfast was OK.

Disappointed in check in....Sasha was overwhelmed by herself....5 parties checking in w no back up assist. She could have been more gracious by simply stating and meaning, "I am so sorry for the long wait." Very matter of fact but she did oblige offering us top quiet floor. Breakfast very weak. Yrly grandkids trip

Have stayed at this Hampton a few times. The staff has always been pleasant, breakfast that they offer is very good with a lot of verity. It is easy access to the interstate & there a several restaurants walking & driving .
