A part from the payment I would love to come back again. Mum was happy but grumpy too because we both had no idea the Casino was on level 3. We went the for MLTR concert and was surprised that everything was in the same build so we don't have to get soak in the rain or rush to tthe concert.

The room was great and the staff i dealt with were helpful. It was a last minute decision to go which made it hard to find a room close to where i wanted to go but found one near pacific fair and the weekend overall turned out as i hoped. For those that want it the casino was right next door,pacific fair in walking distance and light rail close by. The convention centre also in walking distance and i suspect beaches were close by to.

Chwck in staff lovely. Great location, nice rooms. Housekeeping bit disappointing this time, didnt clean room in five hours we were away from room even with, make up room illuminated, so got back we put privacy sign on. Next day room was cleaned early, but pillowcases, still had make up on them from 1st day., so bedding is not changed. Stayed four nights and no bedding changed. Dissapointed

Please stagger check in and check out times. We waited 15/20 minutes to check in and long waits for the lifts that were full at check out. There were no bar snack and no spare blankets. A luxury hotel looked pretty but there were plenty attention to detail required.
