Easy check in, snacks and water were a nice touch and much appreciated. This was my first experience with VRBO or any other platform like it. The house was pretty clean overall and the electric fireplace was great given that the first night was in the low 20s. Good communication from the owner as the refrigerator/freezer wasn’t on when I arrived and the freezer had defrosted. For my 2 night stay there was only one wash cloth and no hand towel. I didn’t spend more time than sleeping and getting ready. The bed was very comfortable!! Better than most hotels hands down. Great location for visiting my son who is stationed in Curtis Bay with the Coast Guard. This would be really great during pool season as that looked like a very nice set up.

Host accused me of having a party when there was NO PARTY!!! Two visitors dropped items. Please note they were coming from Rockville and White Marsh. They left shortly.One(1) visitor thought they heard a noise in the storage shed by the pool. It had windows. I felt my privacy may be an issue. I have rented from VRBO for years with no issues; but this was the worst. I would include photos but I've been advised to decline at this time.However, I would like to thank your claim unit for its timely response to my concerns.

We had a great stay. Close to where we were visiting

We had a wonderful stay. The owner sends photos on where to park and how to get to the cottage in the back yard. Light automatically come on when returning at night. The place is clean and appliance and kitchen and bath seem new. The bed is very comfortable and it was a quiet area to sleep. The only quirky thing was the toilet unit. It had a processing container under it that made some noise when working. The alarm on it went off a couple of time but reset it self and functioned fine. The hot water tank is small but heat up again quickly so plan for that. Again we enjoyed out stay : )

Very pleasant and quiet

Very nice place. The gentleman was very nice. It was very quiet and peaceful. It worked out perfectly for me because my family lives there and I had to take care of a lot of personal business so I got everything done. It was very enjoyable. I thank him so much for his generosity
