Fab stay - friendly staff, lovely lobby area, we were on the 12th floor and lifts were all working & quick, nice shower room, tea & coffee facilities in room- only downfall was our room was really hot and the thermostat didn’t work.

Lovely hotel, Friendly staff. My room was very dark, needed light on at all times and was an accessable room. Only issue for me was kettle on table with paper cups not proper cups etc but nowhere near plug! Had to plug in kettle which was not standard plug to bedside table!!

We had a wonderful night’s sleep at this hotel and enjoyed a drink at the bar. There was security at night at the hotel and only guests were allowed to drink at the bar. The hotel is in a slightly rough area. That was the only downside. Otherwise it was wonderful
