If you are looking for accessible accommodations, this isn’t it. We booked two separate stays with a few days between for a side trip. The first stay was in a typical room. One in our party has intermittent balance issues and the bath/shower was extremely difficult to use due to its design. We asked for an accessible room for the second stay. The accessible room was not on an accessible route (two heavy, non-automatic doors to open) and the room layout is unlikely to accommodate a wheelchair. Although the huge bathroom was accessible, the shower was completely open, allowing the entire bathroom floor to get water on it and making the wet tiles a slip hazard. To top it off, we needed to use the lobby’s wheelchair lift one evening to descend the half story from street level to the reception area. The lift door would not open, leaving us stuck while waiting for assistance. The staff were extremely helpful and apologetic, but it took quite some time to get us out.

The staff was outstanding, kind, courteous knowledgeable, very helpful. Went out of their way to help me out several times. Great recommendations for shopping and places to go and places to eat. One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at and it was because of the staff having laundry, there was a huge plus. Since the place, I am traveling to does not have laundry for a week. I look forward to my next stay there.

The staff was very helpful. However, in the 10 minutes that I was parked on the street while the staff person was trying to sign me up for a nearby parking garage, I received a parking ticket for 100 pounds Stirling. My only recourse was to pay a 50 pound reduced fine if I paid it right away without contesting it. A very inhospitable end to a fine trip. That's no reflection upon the hotel. A very bad reflection upon the City of Glasgow. The parking attendant must have been watching for us to step into the hotel as we tried to figure out parking. Very unsatisfactory. The hotel staff person tried to do everything possible to help, but to no avail. Hard to believe this is how Glasgow would intentionally treat visitors obviously driving a rented vehicle. Thanks for the overzealous "gotcha" moment.

The room was very clean and comfortable and the hotel very central to pubs, restaurants and shopping. My only complaint was I booked this hotel due it saying laundry facilities but there was only one washing machine and one dryer and of course they were always already in use.

Lovely hotel but you couldn’t swing a cat in our room so I felt the photos were misleading regarding size including the kitchenette. I stayed at an Adina in Berlin which was a very different experience where the room and kitchenette was much much bigger. Issues with the shower, coffee maker and lack of smart tv ( for such a high tech hotel!) altogether made a disappointing stay albeit for one night, which I realise isn’t the usual review. On a positive note, the bed was comfy and thank goodness the air conditioning works with having no open windows.

Had a very short stay as arrived very late at night. Check in and out was great particularly with arriving late and sleeping in. Grateful to not be over charged for over staying. I love the decor of my studio. It felt very cosy and stylist. It has fridge, coffee maker, microwave. So we could buy stuff for breakfast and was the only fridge we saw on our trip around Scotland. Such a lifesaver! Little things like body lotion helps. The bed was very comfortable and big enough to share witg my friend. The reception is located down in the basement and i do feel for them that they are standing behind pedestals. I didnt get the chance to try the food or coffee there. The hotel is a walk away from the centre and close to restaurants, shops, the bus to Edinburgh airport. It was a joy to stay there. Highly recommended.
