Stayed 5 nights. No Air Conditioning. Promised every day would be fixed "tonight" but never was. Hot and humid all night, got little sleep. Asked for manager several times, never available. Emailed after returning home, no reply

Departamentos Amoblados Torre Tagle
There was NO HEAT! It was -2 outside and we were freezing. We had two mini portable heaters and both didn’t work. There was no hot water. The hairdryer was broken. There was no communication beforehand and check-in was a nightmare.
