"From the moment we walked in the door we were normally greeted by a staff that made us feel like family! We upgraded our room and they made it really simple! The room was super clean and the beds were really comfortable! We used the hot tub swimming pool and the sauna and they were all great! The location was right on the beach, made it even more enjoyable to be at the ocean! The continental breakfast was nice and fresh! They were kind enough to make sure I had fresh decaf coffee! Check out was quick and easy! We will be back!"

"Great place to stay. The only complaint is the fireplace fan did not work. Be aware that there is construction going on but, staying on the beach side you can hardly hear it. "

"The room was great and the staff was friendly, but our experience was disappointing overall. The pool was out of order, and we were never informed ahead of time or at check-in. We specifically chose this hotel for the pool, so this was a major letdown. I understand that unexpected issues happen, but the lack of communication—and no offer of compensation—was frustrating."
