The apartment is on the main level of a five-story, two-elevator serviced building. The Vista has its very own private beach with a fishing pier, indoor pool, & exercise equipment at the main lobby.

Lake Erie Vista condominium complex was built in 2011. Offering luxury and tranquility right on the shores of beautiful Lake Erie. `The Vista` has elevator & ramp access to its very own private beach with a fishing pier. There is also an indoor heated pool & exercise equipment at the main lobby.

The Village of Geneva on the Lake it is a short drive or bike ride to `The Strip` with unique shops, bars, wineries, & restaurants. The surrounding area offers plenty of opportunities for outdoor activities such as fishing, boating, hiking, and other fun attractions. The Spire Institute is 15 minutes away. Visit the many more restaurants, wineries, parks, & covered bridges within Ashtabula county.
Maximum 4 guests. Only registered guests may stay overnight.

Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM inside and outside. Please be respectful of neighbors and avoid loud music or gatherings.

No smoking, vaping, or marijuana use inside the unit or building. A $150 cleaning fee will apply if violated. Do not throw cigarette butts on the grounds, beach, or planters.

No pets allowed anywhere on the property.

Children under 14 must be supervised by an adult at all times. Children under 14 may not use exercise equipment.

Pool and Lake: Swim at your own risk—no lifeguard on duty. Pool hours are 8 AM to 8 PM. No diving, running, or glass near the pool or patio. Rinse sand off before entering the pool or building (hose located on the east side of the patio). Do not swim when there are whitecaps on the lake.

Pier and Breakwall: Stay within pier rails; no climbing, dangling, or jumping from rocks or rails.

Parking: Two vehicles maximum in the parking lot (golf carts count as vehicles). No boats, campers, or trailers allowed. Illegally parked vehicles may be towed at the owner’s expense.

Trash: Place garbage in the dumpster on the east side of the parking lot (inside the fenced area) before checkout. Do not leave trash in common areas or use lobby/pool/patio bins for unit waste.

Balconies: Keep balcony rails clear. Do not sit, straddle, or hang towels or clothing from the rails.

Hallways: Must remain clear. Bikes and equipment may be locked only at the outdoor racks near the east-side entrance.

Candles or open flames are not permitted inside the unit or building.

Shared amenities: Grills, fire pits, beach chairs, and patio furniture are available for guest use. Please clean and return items to their place after use.

Use the home and amenities responsibly.

Failure to follow these rules may result in forfeiture of the security deposit and/or eviction without refund.
