The level of service from roebrto, Luciano Marco and the rest of the crew is a credit to the hotel for making the hotel feel very welcoming, they treat you with respect and they treat you like a normal human unlike other hotels I been to in the past. So for me I cannot express more than the love I give to this hotel. Its a massive credit and they have a great team in place which provide the service people look for."
