The grounds were what made our stay peaceful and we learned a bit of history as we viewed the archeology and even visited the black pigs. Dinners there were excellent with many wine choices—all wonderful and local. Had we more time, we would have taken an olive oil or wine tasing or cooking class or even a massage. We would stay a week there next time. It’s close to Modica, Ragusa, the beach and Noto. "
