Perfect location

We all loved this property! It was the perfect distance away from downtown Gatlinburg where it was quiet and peaceful but also didn’t take long to get there. It’s also really close to the NP entrance which was great for those morning hiking trips! Would definitely recommend !

Family friendly fall break

This home was perfect for our family with older kids as well as a newborn. I especially love that everything was one floor and that there weren’t too many items for my baby to grab. 😆 We had a blast venturing around Gatlinburg as well as staying in the house to play games. Would absolutely stay here again!

Fantastic Lodging and Location

I will stay again when I return for another hiking adventure in the Smoky Mountain National Park. We were a group of friends and the accommodation's were perfect. The home is very clean and well stocked for meal preparation. The hot tub at the end of the day was a bonus. All was exactly as advertised. The location is perfect for visiting the park, the area was very quiet and easy to get to.

Family reunion

Well updated cabin overlooking the mountains just outside of downtown Gatlinburg. Nice kitchen, beds were constable and bathrooms were updated. Very clean cabin. Only 1 floor so it works well for older adults or families with very small children. Only negative is the driveway is steep like many cabins in the mountains. Overall, it worked out well for a family reunion for 8 adults over 50 years old.

Wasn’t Properly Cleaned

Our stay would have been great if it had been properly cleaned before our visit. The first night we pulled down the comforter and the sheets were dirty. We found hair and dirt in all the beds. The towels had a strong mildew smell to them and there were used coffee grounds still in the pot. When I messaged the host to let them know about the sheets and towels they said the housekeeper could come back the next day to fix them. The housekeeper had an emergency and the host said she would refund us half the cleaning fee which hasn’t come through yet. When we went to wash the towels ourselves we found women’s underwear in the dryer. So either nothing was actually washed or the housekeeper threw in their clothes at the same time. Honestly, this place needs a deep cleaning. The mop that they used to mop the floors looks like it’s never been washed and under the kitchen sink was filthy. Other than the cleanliness the location, view, and amenities in the house were great.

Great place to stay!

I stayed here with my fiancé and our friends for a long weekend in Gatlinburg and it was great. The drive to downtown was super easy. The house was very clean as well as the hot tub. The views were amazing and the host was very nice!! I will definitely stay here again if I ever plan another trip to Gatlinburg!

My family consisting of 4 generations just stayed at this house. The property manager was wonderful to deal with. She answered any questions I had within a short time period. It was very clean and very close to everything we wanted to do.

Girls Trip

We chose Wild Berry for our annual girls trip this year and had a great stay! We really liked the privacy, quietness of the area, and loved the view. Also, it is very close to everything! I would highly recommend!

Pleasant Place with Picturesque View

Let me start with 10/10 - Highly Recommend. This place was awesome! The house was clean, well-stocked with amenities, and in a convenient location. Everything from shampoo and conditiner and shower gel in the bathrooms, to laundry pods, board games, smart tv, hot tub, and everything needed in a kitchen were available. The kitchen has quality cookware, enough dishes to host a 3 course meal, blender, rice cooker, keurig, and tea kettle. I was able to make a hearty breakfast for my family each day before we headed out. The beds were extremely comfortable. My guess is memory foam. The pillows were plush yet firm. There were also extra blankets available in each room in case there was a little extra chill. The decor was modern and boho chic. The technology is up to date throughout the home as well. Also, I never lost cell service and the wifi signal was strong. The view was quite the sight to see. We were greeted each morning with direct sight to mountain tops capped by the hazy fog that lends the Smoky Mountains their name. Nestled close to the strip in Gatlinburg, we were able to get to the tourist attractions like the Sky Lift and Annekeesta within 5 minutes. We were able to get to the State Park and Clingmans Dome in 20 minutes, and the Pigeon Forge strip in 15 minutes. There was also easy access to grocery stores and fast food options. The host was courteous with communication. I liked that they provided best practices for parking and checkout instructions. 5 stars!
