The best part of this property was that all three bedrooms had their own bathrooms. (One doubled as the powder room on the main floor). The views were great and it was clean. The furniture was comfortable in the living room, although in the sun room, the cushions were in rough shape. The kitchen situation was a disappointment. The pots and pans were in terrible shape - really scratched up teflon - unusable). We are a group that likes to cook and we were impacted by the dearth of decent cookware. Also, we were given 3 dishwasher tabs for the week, one kitchen towel and no dishcloth to wipe down the counters. Single ply TP, nothing extra in the kitchen besides a few really old spices. No foil, baggies, storage containers, plastic wrap, salt and pepper. The property is somewhat dated - and had water damaged ceilings in several locations, windows that don't open, bathroom fans that don't work. The number and quality of the towels for the bathrooms was insufficient. (2 towels per bathroom and a single hand towel). There is a washer and dryer, so you could use one of the 3 soap pods provided to wash all your towels yourself. This location is up a steep road, 20-25 minutes outside of town. It is quiet as it appears to be primarily a tourist rental type of complex. We went in April and the pool and hot tub were closed. That would have been good to know in advance as we brought suits in hopes of using them. It was decently priced - so that is something.
