Beautiful space so close to town

My mother and I stayed here for a girl's getaway and absolutely loved it! The unit was very spacious for two people and very clean, comfortable, and well decorated. It was off the main drag, but close enough that we could drive into town really quickly. My favorite area was the back patio overlooking the creek. Lovely stay, easy checkin and checkout - we were very happy with our experience.

Beautiful and Great Location

We stayed at the condo for a week. It is absolutely beautiful and looks exactly like the pictures. It is very clean (and I'm very picky), and it has everything that you could possibly need. The only thing that you might want to bring is a beach towel, if you plan to use the pool. There is a trolley stop right in front of the condo. It is only about 7 miles from Pigeon Forge, so it's easy traveling back and forth. I really can't find one thing to complain about. The patio is so relaxing after a long day of walking. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful condo with us!

Nice Condo - close to downtown Gatlinburg

Property was well decorated. The shower in the back was disappointing. It looked like a "walk-in" but it is quite a step up into the shower and for anyone with less than healthy knees or hips, it is a big step back down to the floir with absolutely nothing to hold onto. It is rather dangerous with no saftey bars,or assistance to step up or down. The shower itself is nice, shower head stream is not terribly strong, but does get warm quickly. The way this shower is designed, the door has to be closed after you exit, and then closed. If you leave the door open for it dry, it drips badly. Because if this, the shower had a strong mildew smell. We had a loud beep go off, which was the carbon dioxide detector warning. We had a bit of trouble finding help. Our contact person had a recording it was not raking calls. Evolve hung up 3 times while trying to get help. Funally got help from Laura on site. She took the dector fir new batteries. She a l so turned the gas fireplace pilot light off and blew out the flame. Last is the bed in the back bedroom. The linens dlude off the cirners, very pretty, but requires putting them back on through the night. Then when we removedvthe linens. The mattress pad is horribly stained, gross. The pillows had no xippered pillow cover, and removing the pillowcase showed all the nasty stains on them as well. Yuck. The mattress really needs replacing, hard pieces through the mattress pressed into my back all week.

Gem on the Stream

This property was fantastic! the owners have thought of everything to make a stay in Gatlinburg one to remember. From the layout to the new kitchen appliances the condo is close (less than 1 mile) to everything. Not to be overlooked is the ample outside patio overlooking the rolling stream. Great find.

Enjoyable

The only issues we had. Was with getting back inside the unit. The lock was not very user friendly. And the ice maker dispenser didn’t work. But we still had ice. And the refrigerator didn’t get very cold. But it was a very beautiful comfortable relaxing unit.

Beautiful home, loved the patio and roaring river.

The condo is beautiful, and very clean and management is very responsive. We loved the patio and the sound of the stream and how close it is to the strip and park. It is also quiet, we didn't have any noisy neighbors. I do have a couple of suggestions. The shower in the master bathroom is elevated and has a large step to get in and out. If I were a senior citizen stepping out with wet feet it could be dangerous. A step on the outside the shower would be helpful, also the quality of the soaps and shampoo was not very good. The only other thing is that the neighbors directly below like to smoke pot early in the morning, the odor is pretty strong on your patio.

Lovely Get Away outside of the bustle - but not too far outside

Love everything about our stay in this lovely unit. Quiet, convenient to everything we wanted to do. Just far enough away to have some quiet, but not too far. The balcony overlooking the stream was just lovely. We will absolutely stay here again next time we're in the area.

Great, Relaxing Stay

Beautifully decorated and clean condo with the latest in features. Balcony over roaring creek creates a relaxing atmosphere and is a great place to read a book. The condo kitchen was so well stocked that we didn't need half the things we normally bring. Downtown Gatlinburg is close enough to walk to so you don't have to search for parking. We did have a small issue that was taken care of promptly by the property manager. Our wonderful stay included a trip up Mt. LeConte, Clingman's Dome and Rainbow Falls; the Smokies never disappoint!

This place was awesome and very clean, we will return. It is close to Gatlinburg, we walked to the strip. It has a running creek behind it, it made it peaceful and the mountains in the background. We really enjoyed this place.
