The exterior of Selena is finished with gorgeous natural wood siding and sleek, contemporary windows. A tiny front stoop leads up to the elegant, chic front door with horizontal glass inlays. Once inside, you’ll be pleasantly surprised at the open and bright vibes. The large windows let in tons of natural, dappled Texas sunshine, and the crisp white shiplap walls add to the bright vibes. A plush, velvety-soft gray sofa faces the flatscreen HDTV. In the evening, you’ll want to relax here with a classic old movie and a bottle of wine from a local vineyard.



The kitchenette features plenty of storage for your wine and snacks, plus an ice-cold mini-fridge. There’s also a stylish butcher block countertop and a microwave. The premier coffee maker will brew a delicious morning cup of joe for you.



When you’re ready to hit the hay, a luxurious queen-size bed is wrapped in premier, hotel-quality linens. The large windows are easily covered with luxe privacy shades. In the bathroom, there’s a spacious step-in shower tiled with Carrera-marble subway tiles on the walls and a dark river rock tile on the floor.



Selena is located on a lovely stretch of 13 acres in the heart of Texas Hill Country— so you’ll have the seclusion and peacefulness you crave, while still only being a few minutes away from Main Street in downtown Fredericksburg. A cozy fire pit with two Adirondack chairs is the ideal spot to unwind and immerse yourself in the surrounding rustic beauty. You can relax and recharge at your private tiny home, then head into town when you want to enjoy delicious local dining, eclectic shopping, beautiful local vineyards, and even some fun nightlife or a date night out on the town. It’s all here waiting for you at Selena.

✅ This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $750 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $54.13 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $1.5 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.

-In Texas, there are periods of time without significant rainfall causing the county of Gillespie to place a ban on burning. Please check the current burn ban status, before using the fire pit at a Fredericksburg area vacation rental.

- Utilize the designated parking spaces at your vacation rental.

-Place all trash in designated containers.

- Please be aware that the Texas Hill Country can experience high heat and drought during the summer, which can attract pests to the exterior lights at night. Our properties receive extermination, but guests may encounter pests such as cockroaches, mosquitoes, flies, Rolly Pollies (pill bugs), June bugs, small ants, and spiders, as well as occasional scorpions and small rodents. These are normal critters that come regardless of cleanliness or availability of food.
