Loved it but harassed

Paid for late check out at 3pm. They came into my room at 12-1 and harassed me when I said I’m still in here sleeping I paid $50 for late check out they harassed me asking who said that was ok… then they thought it was ok to go into my room WHEN I WASNT THERE I had ran down the street to the gas station and had the bell hop in my room because I wasn’t done unloading my luggage

THe room AQ/C unit seemed to not be able to remove any of the moisture from the room, the bathroom exhaust fan did not work, so when taking a shower made the room worse

Nice, better than ratef

Stayed here for early morning appointment the next day at DuPont Hospital. Great proximity to the hospital and Speedway and various restaurants. Easy access. Parking lot well maintained. Interior in common areas clean and no odors. Well maintained. Did not use inside pool but appears clean. Room very clean. Everything works as expected. Staff friendly and accommodating. Only issue is hallway was very hot. Yes hot outside but expected cooler interior. Room hot upon entry but air conditioning worked well once adjusted.

They need to clean a little bit better. There was hair stuck to the bathroom door that grossed me out. The bed was comfortable and I loved having 6 pillows.

Close location but not excellent

The hotel was really close to the hospital that a loved one was at and that was why we stayed there. The shower rod needed some real maintenance, picture shown below. Our air conditioner in the room sounded like it was on its last leg. My kids found clumps of hair in the pool when swimming, which they stopped after finding that. Small breakfast selection, eggs, sausage, bagels and a couple cereals. Overall, I would go somewhere if we are ever back in that area.

The staff were polite and friendly but the conditions of the hotel were not up to par. We had baby cockroaches in our room, stained sheets, our tub had standing water when we used it, and when we checked in our sink and counters were dirty with hair and debris. Liked the location though.
