Rooms were great, the view from 392 was amazing, it looked right over the beach / ocean, we saw dolphins every morning while we had coffee. The beds were comfortable and there were no issues with the room at all, we were a party of 4 adults. They had a small breakfast area in the office with coffee and bear claw pastries, muffins, cereal and juice etc which was a nice touch! I apologize for not getting the names of all of the employees we interacted with, with the exception of Annie, she was there and she was super helpful and very sweet, she makes you feel right at home!We will most definitely be back! Thanks!

This is an excellent hotel really well maintained. Pool is super nice and heated. It also is also in a great location. Near a bunch of restaurants and a farmers market on the weekend.

We have stayed here the last three years. It is right on the beach. Every room has great views of the gulf. All staff are very friendly. The rooms are clean and each room has a washer and dryer, a real plus. This place is a real gem!!

There were cockroaches in the room, I woke up in the middle of the night, turn the light on there they were, on the bathroom floor and living space. It freaked me out; I called the front office the next morning since the reception of the hotel closes at 7pm. The supervisor just brushed it off, she asked me if they were small or big cockroaches, that if they were the big ones, then it came from the palm tree, as if it mattered, no apology whatsoever. the only thing good about my stay was the receptionist, she was great

This property exceeded our expectations! Listed as a partial ocean view, but you could still see so much of the beach and water. We could watch the sunrise in the morning from the balcony and the sunset just a few steps away on the beach. They have a closet full of beach chairs, umbrellas, and pool toys. We just wanted a short weekend getaway from the cold Chicago weather and this was the perfect spot. I will definitely be booking my next stay here when I’m back in Fort Myers Beach.
