Great Space & Location!
This was our 11th trip to Hollywood and our fourth time at a ValGal rental. It's by far the best home we've stayed in.
The rental is an original bungalow that has been nicely updated. Superb location. It's at the far north end of the Broadwalk. Still easy to walk to businesses but doesn't get the crowds and noise from the busy middle drag. Only thing we heard at night was the sound of a coconut falling from one of the gorgeous old palm trees in the backyard.
Each day we walked the few steps to the beach. Left our chairs there all day and came and went. Spent a lot of time in the backyard that has a table for 8 and a clean hot tub.
Main home has a king bed separated with sliding floor to ceiling shutters. On each side of that space is a room with a single bed, one of which can be shut off entirely and has closets and a TV. The other is more of a day room in the from of the house.
The back has a detached single room with a king bed, closet and full bathroom. Like a mother-in-law suite. Also remodeled recently.
The rental agency was responsive the two times we needed to contact them: once for better instructions on how to get in and another time to reset the hot water. Again, I've rented from them in the past and they have a solid footprint in the area and care about their reputation and doing a good job.
