Great location

This is the 2 nd time we’ve stayed at this house. Location is very centralized- love the deck and screened porch. Kitchen worked well for cooking. Overall great stay!

Spring break 2025

My wife, daughter, and I stayed for the week of spring break. Really a little gem of a house, in the middle of everything, only need to drive if going to big grocery or into Charleston. The home is dripping with extras, great grill, outdoor living area is over the top with sectional and big screen TV. We will definitely stay here again, parents lived in downtown Charleston for years and we were also married in Charleston so this area is very special to us. Great visit, the homeowners should be very proud of their property, we loved it!

Awesome Two Weeks on Folly

We stayed at this location for two weeks, and it was honestly perfect. The place was clean and neat, and it is a fabulous location, a short walk to the beach, pier, and the Center Street area. We will stay here again.

Our Once a Year Vacation

We have stayed at a few different homes at Folly Beach and that we enjoyed staying at. We did like Keep Palm but there was a concern that the house "moves" when someone in the house walks across the floor. We noticed some braces were REMOVED and could be the reason why. It did concern us sinc HirricanebMilton was out there Thank you.

The addition to under the house with enclosed picnic table, tv, and outdoor shower was a huge hit with my family! Photos need to be included of this huge benefit to this listing. Walking distance to restaurants and ocean love this place!

Nice Vacay

We enjoyed our stay at 203 E Huron. The home was very clean, convenient to the beach, restaurants and shopping. The beds were comfy and the kitchen was stocked with everything you’d need to cook a meal. It would’ve been nice if the backyard was fully fenced for my dog to run around on his own, but it wasn’t a huge deal. Good vacay.

One of my favorite rentals that I have stayed at. Perfect location! An easy walk to the pier, shopping and restaurants. This house had so many places to enjoy....front porch, side porch, and fully furnished covered hangout spot on lower level with a tv. Clean and very well equipped!

A Perfect House

I think the pictures of this property don’t do the house justice. We would happy return here as a family based off of our experience. It’s a 5 minute walk to Bert’s and the beach. The rental services left a crib for us in the covered sun room. Property was clean and had many features not even shown in pictures. A true 10/10 for us.

You have found your HIDDEN GEM!

This property was perfection from check in through check out. Our my husband, myself, our 11 month old, our 3 year old, and our two dogs all enjoyed our stay! There was just enough room for all of us. The downstairs area was wonderful for those hot afternoons and evenings. It was clean, it was well stocked, great communication with the property management team who were quick to come to our rescue when we had a hiccup or two. Look no further. This is it!
