Absolutely loved our stay here. Very safe walk to downtown Florence, approx 25 min walk along the river. They also offer free shuttle service which is nice. Great spa with included access to indoor heated pool, sauna, and steam room. Highly recommend.

Fantastic hotel and great staff. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were a little concerned when we saw the amount of construction around the location of the hotel but it didn’t really affect us at all . The reception staff were very accommodating and pleasant. The walk into Florence is around 35 minutes at a decent pace, thankfully there is a hotel shuttle that runs until early evening so if dining out past 8PM you’ll need a taxi at around €25 . You’ll need to download some taxi apps in advance as you can’t just grab one in the centre of Florence . Great Hotel and the guests are a good mix of really decent people.

Lovely lovely hotel - it’s a smaller footprint than it appears but just has the true charm of Florence! It’s a 10 min walk to some lovely cafes and as soon as construction is completed it will be nice to walk along the river at night. The rooms were reminiscent of a different century! Lovely!

My sister & I loved the hotel ,all the staff and wonderful breakfast. Possibly the best cups of coffee ever ! A few niggles. The pool area is beautifully designed, however it is unfortunate the busy main road is right behind therefore it’s quite noisy. The location is on a busy road so there are no near restaurants or shops you can walk to. However the hotel’s shuttle bus into central Florence is great and regular. It would have helped to have known in advance that the hotel plugs are different to most European ones So the ones we bought to charge phones etc were useless.
