The elevator was scary! Only one of the two were operable. The one working made loud clicking noises as it was lowering to the bottom floors. When it was going up it jerked several times. I eventually stopped using it for fear I’d get stuck inside.

Tv and room phone not working in reserved room. Had to be moved to another room. Second room had no working phone and poor internet service in room. One of two main elevators were not working and second elevator experienced problems during final morning of stay.

The staff is excellent t but the hotel itself needs to be cleaned. The hallways are dirty and the elevators. The breakfast area was very clean and the room was ok.

Relaxing and quiet hotel.

The hotel was nice and quiet. The breakfast was really good. Check in and check out was easy. Would definitely stay here again.

The staff was exceptional! So friendly and we enjoyed some small conversations. Extra shout out to them when we had a fire alarm during a cold, windy rainy day. We were in the pool and as we exited, the kids were freezing. Some staff came out with some blankets. Absolutely wonderful. Now, if only the bathrooms were cleaner. Grout missing, rust, tub basin was peeling. Just a bit of upkeep please. Staff, 5 huge stars!!

Just a quick weekend getaway for the wife and I. Was conveniently located to all of the things that we wanted to do. The staff was friendly and helpful and the rooms were clean.

The guy at the front desk was not very friendly asked where the elevator is or how to get there. You can come in any door, but never told me where the elevator was. The area is very noisy.

Room inspection missed

They were painint as I was there so they will look nicer soon. I was assigned a room that was not inspected. After I took a shower I noticed they had tried to unclog the sink and it was still dirty from doing that. When I called about it, they did offer me another room, but I had unpacked and showered and it was 1 night. I used the shower for the water I needed.
