Sitting high atop the cliff, overlooking the Aspen Valley golf course at hole 14, this house is absolutely the perfect place any time of the year! There are seven bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms and 2 half bathrooms. The house is built on three levels with bedrooms on all levels as well as four living room/spaces. 2000 ft.² of decking and a breathtaking views of the golf course is what makes this home the perfect combination of in-town convenience and absolutely gorgeous outdoor use and privacy! Recently added: recessed and new lighting fixtures throughout the entire house so this house is lit at night!!! Two separate dining areas, well stocked chefs kitchen (Viking appliances), and plenty of gadgets and kitchen tools to make your cooking experience that much easier!
