UPON arrival was greeted by the front desk staff. Very professional answer all my questions. The room was we were expecting quite clean all toiletries required were in place. Breakfast? Two hands one healthy choices, hot oatmeal great fruit cocktails. To Monique house staff that took the time on checking every single guest to accommodate our needs if there was any. Have to say this was unexpected kindness of the staff

Room was very clean, staff was helpful and friendly, great location. Only complaint was that the TV news channels only included CNN and MSNow - neither of which offer any sort of balanced news coverage. Please include a News Nation or Fox News option in your news channels!

LOL paying for PARKING in Flagstaff. Absurd and offensive. This might be expected in NY or Vegas, but not in Flagstaff in January. Come on. If you want to fleece your customers, add it to the rate. This is a straight up joke. And I saw the manager respond to another complaint by saying it's for maintenance and improvements of the parking lot. Really? You gonna charge an elevator fee next? A check-in fee? Maybe a shower fee? Utter nonsene. Enough is enough. Everyone needs to complain about corporate greed like this at every opportunity. It's the only power we have. (And no, I did not notice this tacky add-on fee when booking; I would have stayed somewhere else on principle.) A shame, because the hotel itself and the rooms are A+. But I won't be back because Hyatt clearly has no respect for its customers. You should be ashamed.
