"Was charged 2x for the city tax... once at check in and again at check out because the man working in the morning was unable to locate that I had paid. Even having used card to pay the man at the desk was unwilling to look into where my missing payment was. Other than that room was fine."

"Everything would have been perfect if the room had air conditioning or even a fan in the room. It was a hot day and the room was like a sauna. We had to sleep with the window wide open and there is a busy road right outside. By 5am it was impossible to sleep if you’re not used to so much noise."
