We have stayed in rental properties all over the world, and Katy and Andy's cabin is by far one of the most well-stocked, clean, and coziest places in which we've stayed! When I say well-stocked, I mean it. Everything from an air fryer, to a food processor, to a blender, to humidifiers in every room, a sound machine and books in the kids' room, laundry detergent, board games, cooking oils and spices that aren't expired... literally everything we needed was there. We especially enjoyed making s'mores on the outdoor fire pit and taking a dip in the evenings in the hot tub. As far as cleanliness goes, the place was SPOTLESS - very, very, very clean. The linens were great quality and the beds were comfortable. Coming from Texas, we were a little concerned about there not being any air conditioning, but that was not a problem at all! Katy and Andy have fans in every room if one needs them. But, for us, even coming at the very end of July, we could open the windows and it was borderline cold... it was divine! No A/C is no problem here, I promise. I think it's worth mentioning that we had a hiccup with check-in that was not at the fault of Katy and Andy, but they were extremely responsive and did whatever they could to make it right... that says a lot to me. Katy and Andy are willing to do whatever they can to make your stay enjoyable and comfortable. I would stay here again in a heart beat!
