We have stayed at this LaQuinta about 20+ over past 2yrs. The breakfast and kitchen staff are wonderful as well has the Front Desk. The hotel lobby cleaning crew are always cleaning and it smells like “cleanliness “. This trip (5 nights), the Mai’s room service was definitely off! On second night I had to ask the guest services director to have my room clean and stocked with fresh towels. That day the room maid had already passed me by about 6 rooms down the hall. I sat down in lobby for another 2hrs then went back to my room for the 2nd time…only to realize that it still was still not touched. I went out to my truck and called once again. I had planned to take a much needed nap…but that day it never happened. We generally always tip the breakfast crew, and room service but no tip for room service that trip! Hopefully it’ll be improved on my next visit next month! :)
