Great room with electric fireplace, 65” Smart TV. Handicap-friendly King master suite with walk-in tiled rain shower. Hot tub in a locked/screened room with benches. HE washer & dryer with folding table/pole. Private boardwalk with shower, bench and steps to the 2 large hot and cold showers. 4-Zone heating and cooling, endless hot water system. Game room with full refrigerator, foosball table. Covered carport with bikes, beach chairs, toys.
