Staff location and cleanliness were all great. Construction was going on directly across the street from Hotel so was loud and dusty on front patio of hotel. The patio otherwise would have been a lovely place to sit and relax.

We had a fantastic stay. All of the staff were extremely helpful and friendly particularly to my 1 year old daughter. They helped book us taxis with car seats no request was too much. It was very clean and comfortable.

Lovely stay

The hotel is in a really good location close to the beach and lots of bars and restaurants. Beds are really comfy and staff were so helpful. Breakfast was good and as much as you wanted.

Location, location, location! This hotel is in a superb location. Just a few minutes from Sunset Beach, lots of restaurants and safe! We asked for a KING size bed and got two twin beds which were pushed together. Room 303 is very small. However, we didn’t spend much time in it. The staff is very accommodating! The hotel could use some new linens as the ones provided looked like something from a Vegas Hotel circa 1952. We didn’t understand what the comforter/sheet was under the comforter! There are also LOTS of cats in and around the property. Overall we had a pleasant stay and would stay there again!

Safe area. A 10 minute bus ride to the old city after a 5 minute walk to the No 6 bus stop. Close to a supermarket “Tommy” and restaurants are only just outside the property

Holiday Stay

Our room, was comfortable and clean, the pool was clean and in a sunny position. The hotel is close to lots of bars and restaurants and nightlife. Old town is a 20 minute bus ride away. Breakfast was good> our only complaint is that we had to walk up quite a few stairs, with our luggage, when we were dropped off at the front of the hotel by the driver that was organised by the hotel, the front desk could see that we were struggling with our luggage as they watched on the cctv, there was no offer to help with the luggage up the stairs, from the driver or the front office staff. Some times a little extra goes a long way to providing excellent service.
