"Shangri-La Tainan — although the facilities are somewhat dated compared with other five-star Shangri-La hotels, the staff are outstanding and the service is highly professional. It truly makes guests feel at home. Very impressive! I stayed at Shangri-La Tainan for a full two weeks this time, and I am extremely grateful.
