We stayed at this property from October 1 to October 3. While the location was beautiful, the overall experience was disappointing.The negatives:•The bed was very uncomfortable, which made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep.•The pools were a bit dirty, which took away from what could have been a relaxing experience.•The ice maker didn’t work, which was inconvenient during our stay.The positives:•The condo is right on the beach, and there are chairs and umbrellas available for rent.•There’s a nice tiki bar on-site along with three pools and two hot tubs.•The views of the Gulf from the balcony are stunning, and the beach food was excellent.•There were beach toys available for the kids, which was a thoughtful touch and made their time on the beach even more enjoyable.Even with the great location and amenities, the lack of care and maintenance was noticeable. This was our second stay at a Vacasa-managed property, and both times the experience fell short. In the future, we’ll book directly with an owner-operator instead.
