The Pool was flooded into the hallway. And the cigarette smoke smell everywhere.

The bathtub drain doesn’t work in the room, the pool was closed (it has over run into the hallway) and we were not made aware of the issue until we went to the pool. The beds are uncomfortable and only 2 think pillows provided
