This is a duplex, however your side will have it's own entrace as well as it's own space entirely. No interaction necessary.

Nestled in a picturesque neighborhood, our duplex on Pleasant St offers a serene escape. Enjoy leisurely strolls through tree-lined streets, and you're just moments away from the vibrant energy of Drake University and downtown Des Moines.

Whole home, even an upstairs loft the kids (or extra adults) will love!
