Beds were comfortable food and shopping are within walking distance. Facility is nice and clean staff was friendly. This is my 2nd time staying here and would recommend in fact we had 3 other family members to come and stay from out of state.

I booked with Expedia. As soon as the front desk lady saw that, her attitude changed. She was not welcoming at all after that. It really put me in a mood after a 6 hour drive. I checked in about 4 on 8/9/25. If you allow 3rd party booking then it shouldn't matter. Everything else was wonderful for our stay.

One cannot beat the location of this hotel! Plus beds are very comfortable and the staff is very kind and helpful! The outdoor pool in the summer is certainly nice! My husband and I stay here often and have not been disappointed!!!

Hotels.com made a mistake on reservation

Review given excellent to all that was asked Called front desk direct number (303) 427-5121 to make reservation, paid with Discover card 7/11/25 for 8/2/25 reservation. Received receipt pd. Transaction showed cleared on credit card balance. Email and check in said invalid confirmation. After causing me distress, it was found under my Facebook account username through Hotels.com that I had not used for booking,UNLESS the (303) 427-5121number listed as the Aloft I stayed in was transferred to Hotels.com. She assured me it was not. How did that happen? I did not at any time give them that Facebook name. There should not have been a problem. The name of the reservation and the credit card payment matched. That is the exact reason why I never use external reservations like Hotels.com

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the poor service we experienced during our recent stay at your hotel. Given the amount we paid, we expected a much higher standard of service and attention to detail. Issues Encountered: Amenity Shortages: On our first night, our room lacked basic amenities including shampoo and conditioner. We were forced to visit the front desk ourselves to obtain these essential items, which should have been provided as standard. Inadequate Housekeeping: The following day, our shower gel ran out completely, yet housekeeping failed to replenish it despite their daily rounds. This oversight left us without basic toiletries during our stay. Poor Communication and Follow-through: When housekeeping knocked on our door at 9:20 AM for cleaning, we politely requested they return later to accommodate our schedule. Unfortunately, they never returned to clean our room that day, leaving us with an unserviced room. Lack of Proactive Service: Throughout our stay, we were repeatedly required to visit the front desk for items and services that should have been automatically provided or delivered to our room. Your staff showed no initiative in addressing our needs or ensuring our comfort.

The roos are to tight , hard to breathe if air conditioner fan was turned off , Wife asked for towels and desk clerk said " oh you didnt bring towels ? Oh but the beds are so soft ! Area was safe and that means alot !
