Very nice property

Condo was very nicely and comfortably decorated. Beds were comfortable and labels clearly marked the switches and cabinets. I’d stay here again! Close to shopping and restaurants but still retains the feeling of being out in the country.

Amazing!!

The property is in a quiet and relaxing neighborhood. Everything needed for a relaxed stay is available, even safety features for a toddler. We slept good, had enough room for 5 adults and a toddler to spend time together.The host was amazing! Returned missed phone calls literally withing less than a minute. While on our way we received a message that we could check in earlier than the actual check-in time and when we responded to still be on the road we were offered an extra hour for check out! We forgot milk in the fridge for the toddler after we had left for hours. When we called we were given access back into the property within minutes.This property is a keeper!!!

Family trip

The place was beautiful, clean, and well appointed. My family was so very comfortable for the three nights we were there. The only thing that was hard for me to figure out was the thermostat. (I am used to NEST and don’t have a degree in astrophysics.) All in all it as a great stay. Thank you for making the house available.

College Housing Search

We could not have asked for a better place to stay for our 3 night stay while touring the many offsite college housing sites. Home had everything we needed to cook and relax every evening. Owner has thought of everything. Will definitely be staying in this home again.

Graduation

Super happy with selecting this location. House was just as described and then some. Everything youbwould need they had on site. The kitchen was stock with all the tools you would need to prepare meals. Best we have stayed at. Top notch, great area. Nice and quiet. Walking trails behind the house. We will stay here on our next trip to Denton! Check in was seamless and very professional. Everyone really enjoyed the hospitality.

Wonderful stay

We stayed here for a week while our daughter had events at TWU. Clean home, quiet neighborhood, and close to restaurants and stores. Access to the home via garage is a great plus as well. This will be our choice next time we’re in the area, no doubt.

Great townhouse & close to Denton Square!

The place was exactly as depicted in the pictures - we had a great stay - everything seemed brand new, comfortable and easy to use. Very closer to everything and we were even able to watch a rugby game from the back driveway! Highly recommend!

Very impressed with just about everything! Decorator gets a #1 👍 very beautiful. Great beds, sleep better than @ home! Did have a bit of trouble getting in😠 did not get a notification that the ring doorbell didn’t work, so that was a bit stressful, also toilet’s didn’t flush good, but we dealt with it! LOVED the Kerig .

Property was as described. New townhome in a new, quiet, peaceful neighborhood. Very clean with everything you need for your stay. The location is excellent. You are in a quiet area but can be at new restaurants, colleges, shopping, movie theatres all in 5-10 minutes. Excellent place to stay.

Great Location

New townhouse, tastefully decorated, plenty of room, great for a family…..Lacked dish towels or sponge, lacked enough bath towels. Most towels were stained. Lacked pillow protectors, very poor bathroom drainage system. Master shower gets luke warm at best.

Clean Quiet New but Room to Improve

My parents and I traveled to Denton and stayed here because we had a family baby shower to attend nearby. Everything is as advertised. Clean, new, comfy, quiet over the weekend (new neighborhood under construction). Here are a couple of issues we had: Nick’s Place felt more like a fancy hotel suite than a Vrbo home rental. It was missing things like water bottles in the fridge and coffee. They provided a Keurig but no k-cups. Either provide the k-cups or let the customer know so they need to bring their own if they want coffee. Although, even hotels provide coffee in their rooms. Also, the checkout time is 10am. This was especially annoying. We paid for 2 nights but were not able to enjoy this space for even 48 hours. Checkout time should be later especially since they have a long checklist of requirements to do before leaving, like removing linens, washing dishes, resetting thermostats, taking out the trash, and others. We didn’t mind doing these things but felt that our time was truncated because we had to do that before the 10am checkout requirement. Check in was not until 4pm. Give the customers the courtesy to check our at 12pm.
