Relaxing Beach Front

Prefect view of the ocean, condo had everything we needed for a weeks stay. Nice and clean, we enjoyed our week.

This very outdated and filthy complex is under construction with no pool or beach access. The condo wasn’t very clean but the bed is comfortable and the unit is well equipped with kitchen and beach needs.

Terrific Beach Vacation!

We enjoyed week long stay at the Ocean Front condo on Dayton Shores. Great location - walk right to the beach.Condo is well maintained, clean, clear instructions for check-it and check-out. We had a question upon arrival, very fast response to resolve.The builiding is going thru renovations and the pool is not currently available. Did not hinder our trip at all - the beach was our preference. Full kitchen, nicely stocked, comfy bed and living room - smart TV'S are also a plus. Lots of other amenities. We would definitely return to this property. TIPS: Johnny Hulas for Tacos! Excellent fish tacos Hulls Seafood Restaurant for Grouper and if you like Italian, (can't remember name), the restaurant is walking distance.

Cozy condo_Excellent location !

My wife and I enjoyed the condo very much. It was well equipped with everything we needed and more than we expected. The host has thought of everything. The place is very clean and the views are amazing. We watched sunrises from one side balcony and sunsets from the other side. The only drawbacks would be the pool is still under restoration and the water pressure was rather low. Those were minor issues though. We would definitely book this place again....

Nice Place

The place was nice and clean. It is on the beach with a great view. The unit had beach chairs (we never used) and plenty of extra amenities. Just realize the building is under construction from the hurricane so if you not willing to put up with a little inconvenience you should look for another place.

Little break

Everything was perfection..nice to have written notes of things we would have needed, on little trouble was the building said pirates cove and we left the first time, but it was dark and hard to tell where we were. No complaints whatsoever. Truely enjoyed and would stay there again. Loved it!!

The condo had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Very relaxing to watch and listen to the ocean from the balcony which was easily accessed even in a wheelchair. Sandee, the host, was very responsive to text or calls. Great place to stay!

The view!

Clean, cozy condo on 7 th floor of high rise in Daytona gives amazing view of Daytona shores! Two different decks available in this unit for the sensational view!Walked to many restaurants, easy touch pad for easy access to unit. Clean bed and pillows! Loved the toiletry options, you don’t need to bring much if you stay here.Would stay there again!

We traveled from Virginia to Florida for a week to celebrate New Year's and had selected this particular property . it looked exactly like the pictures. It was super plain period directly on the beach, with 2 balcony accesses period great internet Common easy parking, all the amenities in fairly centrally. Absolutely perfect

This condo was perfect! 7th floor oceanfront with 2 balconies and 2 bathrooms!!! Our host had everything we could possibly want and more. It was extremely clean, well decorated and felt so comfortable! The bed was very comfy, the kitchen had everything although we never cooked a single thing. I had a small problem operating the tv in the bedroom and Sandee was very prompt at responding and the problem was taken care of quickly. We could not have asked for a better host!!! She provided us with a great beach experience. We look forward to making a return visit and booking Sandee’s condo again!!!

Needs Upgrade

The condo location and view is great. It was clean. There was a welcoming bottle of wine and a few snacks available. There was shampoo and body wash in both bathrooms. The bedroom is large and very nice. The foam (mattress ) on the bed was really soft The bathroom drains barely work and need maintenance. The living area needs furniture. The existing chairs are most uncomfortable. It would be uncomfortable for more than two people. We’re in our 80’s and maybe just fussy.

Girl's weekend Sleepover

The condo was amazing, we were all impressed as soon as we walked in. Everything was clean and the theme was so nice. We had 5 people total that slept over, and it felt like a high school sleepover. So nostalgic and fun. We only had one minor issue where the door batttery died, but she came and fixed it right away. Honestly, this was one of the best vacation rentals I have ever stayed in, between the toiletries and essentials provided and the correspondence with the owners, I would definitely stay here again.

This unut is beautiful! The owner left so many helpful extras! Things like q-tips. Shampoo and conditioner, plenty of towels and extra blankets, beach chairs, laundry soap. On and on so many conforts. I loved watching the sunrise from bed! I cant say enough how much we enjoyed this cindo!!

Clean and good communication with owner

We loved the view overlooking Daytona Beach, even the view from the entrance was great looking over Halifax river. We were happy with having a walk in shower since my husband just had hip surgery he didn’t have to try and get his leg over the tub. There are restaurants and points of interest close by.

WOW!!!

This property was a wonderful getaway for me and my hubby. Very clean!!! Quaint & homey!!! The ocean views from both the bedroom and living room are simply stunning. The host has taken the time to stock the property with many extras (ie bath salts, make up removing clothes, laundry detergent etc) Sandee was very accommodating and easy to work with. We've never stayed in Daytona Beach before, but we are already talking about a return trip. Also, the contactless entry was simple and easy to navigate. WOW!!! We will be back 😁
