Our Stay

Loved the view. Furnishings were beautiful. There was extra household goods (TP, paper towels and soaps) which was nice. Bathroom tub and shower were VERY slick. I fell in tub and my friend slipped in shower. Beds were VERY soft making it hard to turn over. All of us in this group are over 70. Overall, we had a good time. Had to contact Lucas a couple times because the TV remote quit working.

Family Vacation

10SE at Peck Plaza was just as pictures showed. Amazing views of the Atlantic and the intercostals!!! There were awesome condo amenities such as basketball, pickleball and shuffleboard for my teenagers. . Laundry onsite was nice too. We greatly appreciated the beach chairs in the basement lockers. We also purchased a beach umbrella that we left for future renters. The newly remodeled condo was perfect with the beach decor. If ever back in Daytona, we would stay at this condo on a heart beat.

Beautiful property

We enjoyed the stay at the property. It has a very beautiful view, clean and has everything you need. Presence of washe, dryer was very helpful. Would just recommend for owner to switch decor to more of kids friendly. Decor is beautiful but a lot o breakable things which gave me a little stress with our boys. Had to watch them 24/7 to not break anything. Other than that a very good and affordable place to stay.

Beautiful Condo!

Condo was clean, comfortable, very spacious and had an amazing view. Plenty of restaurants and things to do in the surrounding area. One of the elevators was out during our stay so many times we had to wait awhile but hopefully that will be fixed soon. Good communication with property manager. Would recommend

Yearly Vacation

Beautiful location in Daytona Beach Shores in the iconic Peck Plaza! 10th floor views as shown/promised. It is a quiet, rules-based community. My wife and I enjoyed that aspect as I believe it keeps out the majority of the vacationing loud crowd. Thanks to Lucas for sharing this beautiful condo with us, make sure to check out Cherry Hill Ice Cream right down the street as well as the resturant in Peck Plaza!

The condo at 10SE Peck Plaza was perfection - a 5 star rating if ever there was one! It was beautifully decorated, immaculate, the views were amazing, and the layout was ingenious and spacious (3 full bathrooms! and ocean views from every room!). There were plenty of towels and linens and everything we needed in the kitchen. The washer/dryer were a life saver. The only improvements I could suggest would be 1) to offer more than 2 keys/fobs, since you can't exit OR enter any part of the property (beach, pool, building) without it and 2) fix the 2nd elevator. We hope to return next year and stay here again!

Great condo!

Condo was really nice and clean! We had a great stay. Kitchen is really well stocked. Made good use of the beach chairs and boogie boards. The beach was beautiful. Building is older but everything was nicely renovated. Elevators are temperamental and only one was working during our stay which made for long wait times, but mostly on the weekends. Overall a really nice rental!

What a beautiful place to stay! Ocean front and the views were spectacular! Sunrise from the balcony and sunset from our bedroom window. The condo was very clean and while the pictures were great the actual was just stunning. Residents and vacationers were all so very nice and we all struck up conversations so easily. Walking the beach or just sitting at the surfs edge with provided chairs was so relaxing. We brought teenagers as well and they had a great time with basketball, tennis and ping pong… also crab hunting at night. The shopping and restaurants were all great. There is also a fun water park nearby that was a hit as well. We will definitely be back.
