Some people broke the glass of my car and stole my belongings and the hotel did nothing, they told me they couldn't report the theft even though my car was in their parking lot.

Only one elevator in the facility was operable. You had to go from the extreme front of the facility to the far back to get an elevator that was in working order. We were on the 6th floor and my husband is disabled so this was a real problem and the stairs weren't a option. There was no working ice machine on the sixth or fifth floors so the closest ice was on the 4th floor. The room needed work on almost ever thing from the loud rumble in the a/c system to the worn paint. The couch sounded as if it would fall down when you sat and the desk chair and corner chair were extremely worn. There was no mat to make the bath tub safe to shower in. This hotel is badly in need of a total rehab. I was there during the extreme freeze and employees parked their vehicles under the covered load and unload areas which made it difficult to get in and out especially someone using a cane on ice. There were back entry doors which would have put us closer to the room but were told those entries were unavailable to use. The staff we interacted with were pleasant which is why I gave it an extra star in the rating.

The hotels alarm went off at 8 am and they could not figure it out. I had a flaming headache from the beeping and had to check out immediately without being able to shower. The hotel needs to update their alarm system, because the firefighters couldn’t figure it out. I should get reimbursed for those morning hours.

This place is horrible! During my stay they let homeless people come in and eat breakfast without washing hands. This one guy was actively hallucinating and cussing at things/people that were not there. There was nothing safe about this experience. When reported to the staff member (Kendra) she made me seem like the bad person because I pointed out how unsafe it was. At the same time someone staying there reported numerous cars that were broken into overnight. The staff member would not give the guest her name or a business card so she could give that to the police. They would not call the police about the cars that were broken into. I tried to point out that we are paying for breakfast and the staff argued that no it is free and I said nothing is free in life. She made me seem like the bad person because I think the breakfast should be clean and safe. The staff was awful. The floors were dirty. There was mold in the rooms and the doors to the bathroom were coming undone. The fridge did not work. The elevator was broken.

5 vehicles broken into, including mine. My belongs in my vehicle were stolen, worth about $1000. Plus my glass damage as my window was broken. Kendra who works reception is VERY rude! She did not care one bit had an attitude and didn’t want to call her manager Cristina because her manager was sleeping! Do not recommend this place at all!
