"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ What a fantastic stay in Zakopane. The rooms were beautiful, clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and taken care of. Unfortunately, a major storm rolled in during our stay and forced us to spend much more time at the hotel than we had planned. As it turned out, that wasn't a bad thing at all. Both restaurants in the hotel were absolutely incredible. The food was outstanding, the atmosphere was great, and the service was exceptional. We ended up enjoying several meals there and were impressed every time. The spa was another highlight of our stay. The facilities were excellent, beautifully maintained, and the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring the mountains. It added a whole extra level of luxury to the experience. A special thank you to the entire team for turning what could have been a disappointing weather day into one of the highlights of our trip. Between the amazing staff, beautiful rooms, incredible restaurants, and outstanding spa, this hotel exceeded our expectations in every way.
