"Neglected motel. We were in unit 111. the bed was really good but the one recliner type chair was worn out and the office chair was broken so it ttied to dump you on the floor. Travelers need good supportive furniture. We are tired from long drives or busy dsys at the sites we've been to. This motel is by the Ark Encounter. Tons of walking snd standing. I do Not want to try and sit in bed to read or work on a laptop. That hurts my back, which leads to stress, which causes lack of sleep. Also, the shower had been redone w tile , and not graded properly so water is left standing in the bottom. This caused excess humidity in the unit. Drain was so slow we were standing in 3 inches of dirty soapy water during each shower. Water faucet for shower needs repsir, when u turn it on all the way, no hot water, hsve to turn it back carefully . Electical plugs vy bed didn't work. Breakfast: supposedly there were hard boiled eggs, but only 1 day, and once gone were not refilled, even tho it was still early. Flow thru the Breakfast area was a bottleneck. Needs to be completely redone. Can't fix coffee and toss trash at same time, no place to set plates. Had a nice green space, could really do some cute seating there. The place could really be nice if they just fixed it up! "
