What a great place to stay!

This place was CLEAN. We've been doing VRBO's for more than 20 years and this has to be among the top three cleanest places we've ever stayed. It is also one of the most well-supplied we've ever stayed in - all we needed was our food - everything else was available that we needed to have a great stay. And the host was very communicative and friendly! Excellent!!!

Perfection!

One of the nicest places we have ever stayed! Location is perfect to take in Sedona and other surrounding towns! The owners are very responsive and friendly and have thought of all the best details to make your stay comfortable and fun! Would definitely stay here over and over! 10/10 recommend!!!

Old Town Oasid

We loved staying here. The house and back patio are a perfect oasis in downtown cottonwood! Its so close to all the best spots in Cottonwood and the whole Verde Valley! We visit Cottonwood quite often and have stayed in different vrbos in the area and this one is our favorite! Thank you Alisha for letting us stay in your beautiful home! We hope to visit again soon!!

Best Place for a Girl’s Trip

From the moment we walked in, The Tipsy Moon felt warm and inviting! Alicia thought of everything! There were so many thoughtful touches throughout the house. All the beds were amazingly comfortable, the kitchen had everything you’d ever need, the toiletries provided smelled amazing, the jacuzzi was clean and inviting, the house was spotless, and the decor is warm and inviting. The house is close to the downtown area too! I would highly recommend!

Winter get away

Cottonwood is Sedona’s lovely, yet quiet sister and the Tipsy Moon is the perfect place to stay while visiting. The property is a wonderful rental to enjoy all that Cottonwood has to offer. I rented Tipsy Moon for three weeks and would absolutely stay there again. It’s an adorable house that has been updated and very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked, it has a great outdoor space to enjoy the morning sun and the house was spotless. Alisha was great to work with and very quick to respond to any questions. I highly recommended giving Cottonwood and the Tipsy moon try.

Great rental, close to many outdoor activities

Really enjoyed staying in Cottonwood as a base for exploring the Verde Valley. The property had everything we needed and the hot tub was great after a day hiking. We appreciated the bedding and the comfort of the home.

Mini-moon

We stayed for two nights after our wedding. Very clean and quiet house, close to everything in town. Beautiful backyard with a very nice privacy screen around the hot tub. The house was super clean and very well stocked, felt like a nice resort. Cute little coffee bar, plenty of towels and shower toiletries.

Great Stay

This home had everything you need. I have never stayed in a VRBO where coffee, creamer, toilet paper, paper towels and snacks were provided. This has everything! It was so clean and exactly as described. I highly recommend staying, and the owner was very helpful. We were able to visit Jerome, Clarkdale, and Sedona. Cottonwood has a very convenient shuttle (Verde Shuttle) that will take you to Sedona for only $4.00 round trip. Enjoy!

Amazing Stay!

Super clean and welcoming. Definitely felt like home. Best sleep ever, what amazing beds! Appreciated the backyard space, the hot tub and the little touch of the Fox pillow had my 5 year old picking his bedroom in seconds. Highly recommend!

All inclusive stay

Thank you so much for such a wonderful experience. You thought of everything and no detail was left unfinished. The accommodations were simply beautiful and welcoming. The location was perfect with easy access to downtown Cottonwood, breathtaking hiking trails and quaint wineries. We made new friends and gained experiences for a lifetime. We will be back!

Lovely friends weekend

We had a wonderful few days as a short getaway with old college friends. The house was just right. Nothing over the top with a bunch of “amenities” you never really need or use. It felt like a nice home. If it weren’t windy in the afternoons, we would have spent more time on the lovely back patio. Cottonwood was an excellent alternative to crowded Sedona. The wine tasting and kayaking we did was excellent. Alisha was responsive and helpful. The house was clean and the beds surprisingly comfortable. Some of the kitchen consumables (foil, ziplocks) were low, but we were surprised at how well organized and stocked the kitchen was for the basic cooking we did. This may not have some items needed for small children (like a pack and play or baby-proofing), but that isn’t always necessary. Highly recommend and we plan to stay again!

Family Vacation

We stayed at the Tipsy Moon for 5 nights. The pictures are exactly what the home looks like. It was beautiful and in a good location to Jerome and Sedona. The hot tub was wonderful after a day of hiking or riding on the ATV.

We stayed here for a getaway. The place is cute and cleaned. Neighboring homes and community are not taken care of. Jacuzzi was nice but neighbors can peak at you when they are outside (not truly private). Overall good experience would stay again.

Great location

The Tipsy Moon provides the perfect location for seeing the Verde Valley. It's like staying at a mid-century modern boutique hotel. The kitchen is well-appointed, the beds are comfortable, and the house is spotless. We certainly enjoyed our stay.
