"- Mice!! Droppings on pillows every time we returned to the cabin- Not enough hot water for even just two people to shower one after the other- Exterior photos deceiving. NOT secluded, no views of surrounding mountains - only views of other cabins mere yards away - Interior photos also deceiving. Decor in photos is Gone. So are the blinds, replaced by tissue-thin, transparent drapes that don’t cover the windows. Furniture shown is gone. Nowhere to store clothing or even hang towels.- No basics provided - no paper towels, tissues, detergent, not even a hair drier. - Listing doesn’t mention parking is across the creek so you have to haul your luggage along a gravel path and over a bridge to get to the cabin.- GPS directions inadequate. More signage needed.- Fridge, stove, coffee maker are all old, broken or worn out- Overall BIG disappointment and value not there at all for what we were charged."

"Excellent place to stay, lots of room for grandkids to build snowman, have snowball fight, and roam safely. Home is very comfortable for grandparents, parents and 2 kids. Three bedrooms, each with king bed made this very comfortable. Everything was clean, in good shape and the kitchen is very well stocked with utensils and cooking equipment. We will stay here anytime we visit Red River."

"House was great, big and cozy. The only issue we had was the water in bathroom. The faucet was tricky, the water was either boiling hot or freezing cold, and pressure was questionable. "

"It was nice and clean. Cute little house. Our only complaint - and it’s a small detail, but there wasn’t any soap or shampoo for the shower, and no laundry soap. "

"The room is fine. The bed was comfortable. Everything was really quiet. The two things I did not like were (1) the hours are very limited, and you must check in during the day; and (2) the rooms were fairly overpriced. If I were not in the are for business (construction) purposes, I would have stayed elsewhere."
